After 25 years in the turf equipment business and thousands of blowers sold we know the secret to blower longevity is heavy steel construction. Blowers are typically pulled at high speeds over uncertain terrain and they take a beating. Sheet metal construction just will not hold up. ProLine blowers are made of heavy plate steel throughout, including the impeller. No brittle aluminum to fatigue and stress fracture. With proper maintenance ProLine blowers will last for decades after light weight blowers are junked! 

You just can't beat our belt drive blowers for dependability and ease of service. A leaf and debris blower is basically a big flywheel that requires a lot of torque at start up. V-Belts are the "give" in the system. Blowers driven by chains or gearboxes are much more likely to have an expensive mechanical failure due to operator error. With a ProLine blower you simply replace an inexpensive set of belts instead of a thousand dollar gearbox!

Repair parts are critical during the leaf blowing season. ProLine blowers are built using standard size, commonly found, "off the shelf" v-belts, bearings, and pulleys. The secret to moving large piles of leaves or debris is releasing the air stream at ground level. The air goes under the pile and rolls it which is much more efficient than chipping away at the top. Engine drive "turbine type" blowers are the "fad" right now and they all discharge their air from an elevated position. There is simply no way they can work as well. Besides, they are much more expensive and who needs another gas engine to maintain when you already have a tractor?

Elliptical impeller housing creates more air flow. Our impeller is close to the blower housing on the left side of the machine. This distance increases as the housing continues around the right side of the impeller to over a foot at the air outlet. It's simple really. The more air taken in, the more air blast to move the toughest debris problems.

Features

Our blowers come complete. Others do not include the directional chute in their price to appear less expensive. We think a chute is a must so you can blow left or right and it is included in our price. Our chute can also be removed in less than a minute unlike others who mount them permanently.

Options

Air gauge wheels- replaces front turf roller. Roller leaves no marks on your fine turf. Necessary for use on paved surfaces.

Hydraulic Directional Chute- raise and lower directional chute hydraulically, great for cab tractors.
